  • Voted District Lion of the Year

1976

  • Elected Club President, West Hempstead Lions Club
  • Credited with a significant increase in club membership during his presidency
  • Received District President of the Year, as well as 100% Club President

1980

  • Elected District Governor, MD 20-K2
  • Received 100% District Governor
  • Sponsored a new Lions Club, Lioness Club, and Leo Club as District Governor
