Al Brandel - 32 Years of Lions Achievement

Throughout his history as a Lion, Al has been recognized for his expertise and promotion of membership growth in our association.
  • Sponsored over 42 men and women into Lionism
  • Sponsored eleven new Lions Clubs, in addition to the new clubs he sponsored as DG in
    1980-1981
  • Served as a Rebuilding Lion, as well as a Guiding Lion
  • Received the Senior Master Key and eleven  Extension Awards
For these and many more achievements, Al has also been honored with the highest awards in our organization:
  • Eleven Presidential awards
  • Progressive Melvin Jones Fellowship
  • The Ambassador of Good Will Award

For his many years of service and dedication to Lionism, Al recieved the ultimate recognition from his peers upon being elected 2nd International Vice President of Lions Clubs International in Boston, 2006
